[Summary]

Individual contributor, who works independently with minimal supervision. Tracks the organization's financial performance, improves financial communication strategies, and delivers financial forecasting and analysis to help guide decision-making and set strategy.

[Essential duties and responsibilities]

1) Lead consolidation of North Asia cluster's sales and profit results both for actuals and forecasting

2) Support the Finance Manager in framing and delivering North Asia cluster's results and financial analysis, both actuals and forecast, to senior Business and Finance Leaders

3) Lead monthly North Asia cluster financial reporting and reconciliation                           

4) Lead North Asia cluster's OPEX planning including target setting, cascading choices, optimization project

5) Involvement in / drive standardization of process improvement for overall North Asia cluster       

6) Proactively take responsibility for personal development                                               

7) Contribute to the improvement in employee satisfaction across the wider Finance Team

8) Support ad-hoc analysis and project financial analysis or any other relevant work                       

[Requirement]

1) University / bachelor’s degree

2) Minimum +5 years post-qualification experience

3) Ability to bring clarity to complex business issues and proven success in managing complex projects & processes

4) Good English communication & business partnering skills

5) Ability to analyze the financial data ensuring that it makes business sense

6) Highly computer literate, experience with SAP systems and Microsoft packages.
