담당업무
ㆍ Act as a role model to the team, embodying the brand’s values in all
interactions with customers.
ㆍ Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising in line with brand
standards to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
ㆍ Aid in planning and organizing in-store events or exclusive experiences for
clients, aligning with the Boutique Manager’s vision.
ㆍ Assist in coordinating with different teams for event execution, ensuring a
seamless and memorable client experience.
ㆍ Gather client feedback post-events and share insights with the Boutique Manager
for continuous improvement of client experiences.
ㆍ Develop and nurture talent within the team, preparing them for future roles.
ㆍ Monitor inventory levels closely to ensure the store never runs out of stock,
particularly for high-demand items.
ㆍ Analyze sales data to understand the run rate of different products and adjust
inventory orders accordingly to maintain optimal stock levels.
ㆍ Work closely with the supply chain and procurement teams to forecast and plan
for inventory needs.
