- QC Micro Lab – Technician



■ 업무내용
The QC Micro Lab Technician will be responsible for preparing media and test solutions, receiving and maintaining samples, operating laboratory equipment, and assisting the Microbiologist in ensuring efficient and accurate testing of cosmetic, skincare, and OTC products.
- Prepare in-house media and test solutions for Micro laboratory testing of raw materials, stability samples, bulk and finished products in compliance with all Micro Lab SOPs, regulatory standards for Cosmetics (creams, lotions, etc.), Skincare and OTC products (e.g. anti-acne, Sunscreens, etc.).
- Receive, Document and Maintain Samples, Reagents, Dry and Ready-to-Use Media, other consumables and orders for the QC Micro Lab.
- Clean and Sanitize Micro Lab equipment, utensils, ancillary parts, and instruments to support micro testing & analysis.
- Update and maintain supporting procedures and standards as required.
- Operate Micro Lab Equipment such as the Autoclaves, DI Water System, Dish washer, Incubators,
- Refrigerators, BSC Hoods, etc. under the supervision of Microbiologist.
- Assist the Microbiologist/Supervisor in the review of workload priority
- Support Micro Lab effort to ensure that workload requirements are met and communicate priority releases.
- Prepare in-house media using Micro Lab equipment including heater/stirrer, autoclave, incubators, DI Water, etc.
- Assist with quality and environmental health and safety audits of the micro.
- Maintain basic experience with Incubators, Laminar Hoods, Bio Safety Cabinets, Autoclaves, DI Water
- Units, Media, Cultures, Standards, Sterilizers, etc.
- Assist in scheduling maintenance services for many different types of Lab equipment.
- Interact with customers, other employees and external contractors.
- Compliance to Data Integrity requirements.
- Assist with investigation of quality issues such Out of Specification, Out of Trends, etc.
- Practice Aseptic techniques.
- Familiar with Blood-borne pathogens.
- Assist in the management of chemical hygiene program for the laboratory.
- Assist in the management of media, glassware, chemical and consumable stocks.
- Maintain Micro Lab notebooks, chain of custody forms, reports and other GMP documents.
- Perform other functions as may be requested by Supervisor.


■ 자격요건
- Required knowledge in GMP, Reading/Writing English and Math skills, etc.
- Entry level experience is acceptable
- Experience in Micro Lab experience a plus
- Familiarity with Clean room environment (e.g. Class 7, 8, etc.) is a plus.
- Good interpersonal and written communication
- Flexible, ability to multitask and designate
- Computer skills with MS Word, Excel, etc.



■ 근로조건
- 연봉 : 약 5,200만원 내외 ($18/hr, 환율에 따라 상이할 수 있음)
- 월~금 09:00~18:00 근무
- 해외정착지원금 500만원 수령가능 (한국산업인력공단 지원)
