3. 수행 예정 업무

The Manager IT BRM(Manufacture) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships between the IT department and Asia Operation Team. This role involves understanding the business needs of different departments, like manufacture, ERMA, EHS, etc. and working closely with them to define the IT/digital roadmaps and ensure that IT services and solutions are aligned with their objectives.

To support the Asia business growth and digital transformation, to achieve the smart factory and I4.0, IT need to have more deep understanding and close relationship with operations to define and deliver the IT/Digital solution to be aligned with business objectives.

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in operation team and global BRM community.

●  Analyze the needs of different departments and identify opportunities for IT solutions to improve their processes and workflows.

●  Lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the needs of the business.

●  Manage relationships with IT vendors and ensure that they are delivering high-quality products and services.

●  Develop and manage the IT budget for the organization, ensuring that it is aligned with the needs of the business.

●  Lead a team of IT operation systems professionals and ensure that they are working effectively to support the needs of the business.

●  Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management on IT projects, budget, and other key performance metrics.

●  Work with Enterprise Architect to define the technology blueprints for operation and with PMO to prioritize and manage the operation projects.

●  Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

4. 자격요건

●  4년제 대졸 이상

●  최소 15년 차 이상 관련 경력 보유자

●  비즈니스 영어 가능자(업무상 외국인 report line에 커뮤니케이션 가능하신 분)

●  People management 경험 보유자 선호

●  B2B industry(제조업) 경력 보유자 우대

●  원만한 커뮤니케이션 능력과 리더십 보유하신 분

●  지방 근무 가능자
