[제조/경북 경산] SCM(S&OP) Manager

An international technology organisation is searching for a  SCM(S&OP) Manager. The successful candidate will maintain the demand plan will directly impact customer satisfaction by ensuring on-time delivery while mitigating inventory risks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop demand forecasts based on various factors such as demand patterns, business trends, etc.
• Manage IBP Demand Forecast and Production Planning related SAP Master data
• Recommend inventory strategies and train other demand analysts
• Lead internal S&OP meetings and prepare for AP/ Global S&OP meetings
• Conduct regular audits of current practices to encourage change and continuous improvement
• Run monthly demand reviews as part of the Sales and Operation Planning and propose improvements

Requirements:

• Preferred 10+ years of SCM experience especially in SCM planning and logistics in the automotive division.
• Fluent experience with global meeting in English
• Excellence in MS-Office (Excel/PPT), well known about data management tool.
• Full experience in SAP PP / MM Module is required.
• Preference will be given to applicants with experience in team/people management.
