- Ability to accurately diagnose reported issues from end-user experiences, software, operating system services, hardware devices, and network monitoring.
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries such as RMA, part requests, and complaints for installation, operation, or system failure and so on.
- Ability to organize and refine information from clients and write concise but well-researched problem reports for internal teams when escalation is warranted.
- Build clients rapport, understand their needs and capabilities, and find answers that deliver timely results and short-term or long-term value.
- Establish effective internal communications regarding customers, products, and services in order to maximize customer care and sales/service effectiveness.
- Ensure customer success and satisfaction leading to profitable service business opportunity.
- Provide technical advice and work closely with sales & marketing for customer’s project and opportunities.
- Lead the effort on customer service, after sales services for customer projects.
- Ensure that the optimal service product mix is identified and offered to the customer.
- Implement new Service Sales strategies and improve existing ones.
- Build, maintain and improve customer relations throughout the entire sales process.

• 고용형태: 정규직
• 근무시간: 09:00~18:00 / 주5일
• 근무지 : 서울시 강남구 도산대로 (압구정과 신사역 사이)
• 연봉 : 경력별 협의 (희망연봉 기재 必)
