[반도체/엔지니어] Process Development Engineer

An equipment manufacturer is searching for a Process Development Engineer. The chosen applicant will be responsible for researching and developing innovative diffusion and annealing processes within furnace environments.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into practical applications for semiconductor manufacturing
• Drive the optimisation and scaling of existing processes to meet production targets and quality standards
• Assess and analyse thin film material properties, providing detailed interpretations
• Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding process evaluations and enhancements
• Understand furnace operation mechanisms and capability of system upgrades
• Create comprehensive documentation and procedural instructions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering (physics, electrical and electronic, materials, chemical, etc.)
• More than 4 years of experience in a relevant industry
• Experience in developing furnace anneal, oxidation, and deposition processes within the semiconductor industry
• Expertise in process development in semiconductors (diffusion and chemical vapor deposition)
• Skilled in understanding junction and transistor characteristics
• Proficient in written and verbal English is preferred
