[외국계 의료기기] 바이오트로닉 코리아 Marketing Assistant

·      Support to register, organize and facilitate local/regional/international congresses and conferences, as well as related meetings and events for BIOTRONIK. 

·      Manages the logistics of the set-up and the implementation of marketing program or activities.

·      Supports development of marketing materials including brochures, invitations, mail-outs, newsletters, conference reports, and website. 

·      Plans, creates checklists, coordinates with on-site staff, manages contractors, negotiates on contracts for events/activities.

·      Communicates within the Company/team to understand and satisfy objectives of the programs or activities or projects i.e. congress, tradeshows. 

•  Implements local congress activities as per instruction from the relevant managers.

•  Attends activities’ site for duration of activities (i.e. congress/conference) as well as days for set up and tear down.

•  Books hotels and meeting rooms, flights arrangement, manages external vendors, arranges meals, meeting room layout, audio-visual equipment, invitations, etc. 

·      Supports Marketing team on facilitating the events/meetings etc.

·      Any other ad-hoc projects or support as per required.

·       Support digital marketing strategies, including online marketing, digital content, physician database tracking as well as internal digital platforms.

·       Coordinates customer invitation solicitations, advanced and onsite registration, and post-event follow-up and evaluations

Others:

·       Work within and/or actively promote BIOTRONIK’s core mission, corporate strategies, policies, procedures and Code of Conduct.

·       The scope of duties may cover to support across the sub functions of marketing i.e. marketing communications, product marketing, marketing program & education and congresses and events. Some duties maybe entail outside this job description and maybe added in as per required by the manager(s).
