WHO ARE WE LOOKING
FOR?
We are looking for a driven
individual to join the Nike APP Team as a Business Specialist and become a critical enabler of all the
initiatives driven by the newest and fastest-growing business
at Nike. This person will work
together with the Nike APP team, as well as cross-functional teams, supporting
the overall APP business and
execution of the most important initiatives mainly focused on APP that drive
the majority of the business.
We
need somebody who is motivated, energetic, and with a positive attitude to take
the many opportunities that come our
way.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK
ON?
APP-
Centric Calendar Preparation and Execution
- Support the preparation process at the beginning of every month/week where
the team will define monthly and weekly plans for the Nike App business (across
all genders) aimed at driving newness and energy throughout the 13-week digital
calendar
- Keep the cross functional teams informed and be prepared for upcoming content
and communication on the APP
Commercial Initiative for APP Execution
- Ensure that all parts of the App journey are defined (before each event)
and that the right actions are taken to maximize engagement and demand during
the event (App carousel set-up, site merchandising updates, product
opportunities, etc).
- Support promotion and member rewards set-up on the APP.
APP
Consumer Journey Improvement Support
-
Track the consumer journey
inside the APP (navigation, linking, products, etc…) and support the team for consumer
experience imporvment.

Support the team in case
there is any member journey friction in APP.
APP
Consumer Journey and Engagement Improvement Support
-
Monitor the consumer
journey on the APP (navigation, linking, products, etc…) and support the team
for consumer experience improvement.

Support weekly read and
act process for App engagement KPIs across contents and products (click,
conversion, demand, etc) and create action plans to optimize results.
WHO WILL YOU WORK
WITH?
You will work
closely with the Nike APP team for the most part. Also, you will need to
partner and coordinate with
cross-functional teams like Digital Marketing, Digital Experience Operation, Integrated Media, Site Experience
and Seasonal Initiative team.
This role will allow you to gain a lot of understanding
of the APP business.
.WHAT YOU BRING
l Bachelor’s
degree in related study of the role preferred
l Fresh
graduates to 1~2 years of related experience such as e-commerce,
especially APP business preferred (Sports/Fashion industry preferred)
l Comprehensive
understanding of retail business and retail math
l Strong team
player and ability to work with the cross functional
partners
l Native in
Korean, Fluent in English
l Local/Domestic
