▶ Job Description

Webtoon Team Lead
- Edit and proofread English webtoon translated from Korean content with proper 
linguistic tone and flow.
- Create and manage assets such as style guides and glossaries to maintain linguistic 
quality that meets Kiwi Vine’s standards.
- Collaborate with Kiwi localization teams and freelancers to improve accuracy and 
consistency of localized work, and deliver by set deadlines.
- Create training materials for the team and conduct necessary training.
- Set clear team goals and KPI.
- Conduct regular quality control checks of deliverables.
- Strategically implement methods that optimize team workflow and performance.
- Monitor, supervise, and effectively delegate work to team members.
- Manage multiple projects and schedules simultaneously in an organized manner.
- Liaise with clients to successfully meet client requirements.
- Actively participate in potential client recruitment process.

Webtoon Translation Editor
- Edit webtoons from a variety of genres to create an enjoyable experience for English-speaking readers
- Collaborate with team members and freelancers to ensure linguistic excellence
- Create and manage resources to maintain standards, consistency, and quality
- Collaborate with Kiwi localization teams and freelancers to improve accuracy and 
consistency of localized work, and deliver by set deadlines.
- Full-time position after evaluation of 3-month internship

Translator
- Translate webtoons accurately, ensuring text sounds natural to English-speaking readers
- Collaborate with Kiwi Vine editors to ensure linguistic excellence



▶ Basic Requirements

- People of all ages, genders, and educational backgrounds may apply.
- Only those in possession of (or qualified to apply for) a valid working visa will be considered for in-house positions.
- 2+ years of relevant experience required for the Team Lead position.
