[리테일/PM/품질관리] Product Manager and QA Specialist

A multinational food manufacturing company is searching for a Product Manager and QA Specialist. The chosen applicant will be monitoring ingredient specifications to ensure they are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor ingredient specifications to ensure they are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant
• Manage the quality assurance of new items
• Support investigations into quality incidents and internal and external complaints
• Take responsibility for quality issues from consumers and customers by working closely with affiliate contacts and co-packers
• Research market opportunities with customers and consumers' trends and identify potential categories
• Review compliance with local regulations where applicable with third parties
• Track, review, analyse sales performance and develop and implement Sales/Marketing programs/tools to achieve company targets
• Develop annual, and monthly advertisement plans in accordance with company strategy and target
• Manage product-related Below-The-Line activities such as tasting demos to key customers and bloggers, in-store promotion, developing catalogues, leaflets, point-of-purchase displays, and trade shows

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of product management experience (consumer or customer quality is preferred)
• Experience in agency management; briefing, execution, and monitoring the result of whole campaigns
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Korean and English
