Join the daring Operations team of 21k employees, where you will tackle complex challenges and
be at the forefront sustainable beauty with our business partners by designing, developing, sourcing,
manufacturing and serving products and services all over the world.
A DAY IN LIFE (Indirect Sourcing)
ㆍLead complex sourcing projects end-to-end, from identifying needs and
    conducting market analysis to negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
ㆍCollaborate with cross-functional teams in South Korea and across the zone/group,
    including Marketing, Packaging, Research & Innovation, and Finance, to align sourcing
    strategies with business objectives.
ㆍDevelop and implement regional sourcing strategies for specific categories,
    taking into account market trends, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals.
ㆍNegotiate pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements with suppliers, ensuring
    competitive advantage and mitigating risks.
ㆍManage a portfolio of suppliers, monitoring performance, fostering innovation,
    and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
ㆍStay informed about emerging sourcing trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry.
WHO YOU ARE
JOB SUMMARY (AS a Sr. Sourcing buyer for L'Oréal Korea and Style Nanda)

ㆍDefines category sourcing strategy and its execution with the best cost in value.
ㆍPropose to business an advanced market sourcing trend so as to deliver values and innovation on time.
ㆍImprove the cost structure model through a professional knowledge of category market,
    identify opportunities by leveraging value chain approach.
ㆍUnderstand / Anticipates business demand and apply to the category sourcing strategy.
ㆍSupplier Relationship Management: To build strategic partnership with key suppliers.
ㆍStrong leadership in complex sourcing projects and its change management.
ㆍHigh level of Effective, professional communication skill required.
ㆍNegotiates with integrity, Operates with internal control and legal compliance.
ㆍAnalytical mindset, negotiation skill required for sourcing performance assessment and KPIs management.



CORE WORK ACTIVITIES / Professional job qualifications

ㆍLead Assigned Indirect sourcing responsibilities and its top-class output activities.
ㆍDeliver Best values to Business in both financial and no financial benefits.
ㆍProfessional/ proven experience and knowledge in Supply chain service (including facility),
    Transportation, Business service, IT, Facility management sourcing expertise is the key job requirements.
ㆍLead the selection process of key partners and lead SRM management and contract negotiation.
ㆍFormulate strong partnership with key suppliers for delivering constant economic values and innovation.
ㆍUp to date Sourcing strategy based on new/future market trend.
ㆍDaily collaborative communication with internal/external stakeholders.
ㆍLead Global and local initiated category projects.
ㆍLeadership in Sustainable sourcing and Innovative sourcing project.
QUALIFICATION
ㆍUniversity graduated
ㆍ+7~12 years
ㆍIndirect sourcing career experience is a must.
ㆍHigh level of understandings on sourcing process and the market is required.
ㆍComplex sourcing projects experiences with multiple layers of stakeholders across the multi-functions
ㆍFrequent co-working experience with zone/group business counterparts
ㆍFluency in both English and Korean is a must
ㆍProficient with Excel, Power point. Analytical tool usage skills and analytical / winning mindset.
ㆍprocurement tool such as SRM usage skill is a plus.
