Main Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards. 

2. Deliver engaging, interactive, and challenging lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students. 

3. Evaluate students` progress regularly through assignments, quizzes, and exams, providing constructive feedback. 

4. Employ various teaching methods and educational tools to enhance student engagement and comprehension. 

5. Manage classroom behavior to ensure a conducive learning environment, fostering respect and mutual understanding among students. 

6. Regularly communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavior, as well as potential issues or concerns. 

7. Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and professional development programs. 

8. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, discuss students` needs, and coordinate teaching efforts.
