~워라밸이 보장된 소규모(10인이내)이며 고객사도 공기업 및 대기업 위주로 안정적인 매출을 이루고 있는 기업 입니다.
~이 포지션 포함 회계는 3명이며 매출액은 2,000억정도원입니다.


## Job Description
1. FP/A
Collaborating with FP&A group and other departments for regular reporting and analysis, ad-hoc requirement
1) Monthly closing reporting to HQ
2) Budget vs Actual (Monthly)
3) Cash forecast vs Actual (Monthly)
4) AR turnover report (Monthly)
5) Analysis of Transfer pricing

2. Accounting
1) Coordinate initiative-taking communication with HQ (SAP IT/FI)
a. Stabilize SAP implementation in Korea.
b. Establish business process and detailed manuals for Korea operation.
c. Follow-up on any SAP issues and enhancement which requires specifically for Korea business.
2) Prepare Journal entries with supporting documentation
a. Saled related PO, PI
b. Overall expenses incl. GA, Salary related expenses (PIC, SIC, etc.)
c. Post all Fixed Asset related entries, incl. depreciation, revaluations, write-offs, and provisions.
3) Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, adhering to Group reporting deadlines. a. Reconciliation of all Balance Sheet accounts
b. Reconciliation bank statement postings and bank accounts
C. Monitoring and Management of the accounts payable and the accounts receivable
4) Tax Compliance
a. Support Corporate tax reporting and timely payments
b. Prepare VAT reporting and timely payments.

3. Treasury
1) Build strong relationship with local financial institutions & government parties in Korea
a. Clear communication with banks for offshore foreign currency outgoing payments
b. Deep-dive understanding of FX regulation and local compliance.
2) Payment execution
a. Perform regular payments in KRW and Foreign currency (monthly/Ad-hoc)
b. Process bank statement on daily basis
3) Liquidity and FX management
a. Fund/cashflow management including financing.
b. Bank account openings/closings
c. FX management (FX hedge, spot deals)

## Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree or above or equivalent experience (Preferred Accounting, Finance Business administration or relevant major) -Accounting or equivalent 5-12 experience years -Fluent spoken and written in both Korean and English -Flexible and adaptable in handling various tasks with multiple stakeholders -Proficiency in MS office
-Knowledge of SAP is essential
