Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee and direct construction projects from design to completion.
• Review engineering and architectural drawings to ensure compliance with plans and schedules.
• Evaluate bid package documents and compile bid tabs.
• Communicate construction progress with the client project manager.
• Approve payment applications and change orders after client discussions.
• Lead and document project meetings.
• Prepare project reports for management.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations on and offsite.
• Coordinate construction workers and subcontractors.
• Review daily work progress and resolve emerging issues.
• Obtain necessary permits and licenses.
• Analyze and mitigate risks.
• Ensure quality construction standards.
• Manage all aspects of projects from pre-construction to close-out.
• Lead project teams, including coordinators, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain relationships with team members and vendors.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• 5-15 years of project management experience, preferably with end-to-end project delivery.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong understanding of EPC or manufacturing industries.
• Engineering background and site office experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
