주요업무

1.Provide sound and professional advice to all legal related matters arising from the business and operations of the company

2.Monitor and respond to relevant legislative movements, and develop company positions on legislative matters in coordination with relevant stakeholders; communicate with regulatory authorities and trade associations, and deliver company positions

3.Review and negotiate various contracts and documentations, including but not limited to insurance policy documents, investment management agreements, derivatives transaction agreements, reinsurance treaties, and marketing & PR materials

4.Supervise management of company’s litigations and all other dispute resolution proceedings
5.Manage and control external counsels

자격요건
1.Education: Law degree of LL.B. or J.D. or its equivalents, and license to practice law in Korea or one of the common law jurisdictions, preferably U.S.

2.Experience: At least 8 years of PQE at a reputational law firm or a multinational company’s legal department; preferably with leadership/managerial experience at a finance service company

3.Fluency in English and Korean language skills, both written and spoken
