 직무내용 

1. Sales Strategy Development and Implementation

· Develop and implement brand e-commerce sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.

· Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to adjust sales strategies.

·  Monitor and evaluate sales performance, and adjust marketing activities and strategies accordingly.

·  Advertising Execution, Analysis and Optimization

2. Utilize various advertising analysis tools
(e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager…) to analyze ad effectiveness.

· Manage and optimize brand advertising on major e-commerce platforms and social media.

· Evaluate advertising ROI through data analysis and provide optimization recommendations.

· Monitor ad performance and adjust ad strategies based on feedback to improve conversion rates and reduce customer
   acquisition costs.

3. Optimize product display and promotion on e-commerce platforms to increase click-through rates and conversion rates.


4. Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, technical) to ensure a smooth sales process.


5. Sales Campaign Planning and Execution

· Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct multi-channel marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and sales.

·  Manage advertising and promotional budgets to ensure efficient use of funds.

6. Data Analysis and Reporting

· Analyze sales and market data, providing regular reports and recommendations.

· Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, conversion rate, and average order value.

·  Use data-driven insights to improve sales and operational strategies.

자격요건
및 우대사항 

Education:

·  Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related fields.

Work Experience: 

·  At least 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations or sales, with a preference for brand e-commerce experience.

· Extensive experience in advertising analysis and placement, familiar with major advertising platforms' operations.

Skills:

· Familiar with operating rules and sales strategies of major e-commerce platforms.

· Excellent data analysis skills, capable of extracting insights from data, especially in advertising effectiveness analysis.

·  Proficient in using advertising analysis tools.

·  Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work closely with cross-functional teams.

·  Strong sales target orientation and result-driven mindset.
