PURPOSE OF THIS JOB (직무 목적/미션)
• Assist MD and Management to fulfill their SHEQ responsibilities by providing technical
advice and expertise of any SHEQ matters as a first contact point.
• Promote and consult employees of all levels to do safe behavior in order to minimize all injuries and incidents.
• Develop, implement and maintain the following certified Management Systems for Korea
ensuring that they achieve the requirements of the applicable standards at all times :
1. ISO 9001 - Quality Management System
2. ISO 45001 - Occupational Health & Safety Management System
3. ISO 14001 - Environmental Management System
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY
1. General Objectives
• Develop metrics to monitor continuous improvement and system effectiveness of the Safety & Health, Quality and
Environment Management System
• Lead improvement projects designed to create breakthrough improvements in the established systems
• Manage the internal audit program(s), including training of auditors and monitoring the outcome of audits
• Conduct / organize timely training and education for quality, environment and health and safety to all employees
• Ensure that contents in Manuals are maintained, revised, and updated on an on-going basis to ensure incorporation
from the most current requirements
• Recommends to management team on the appropriate corrective and preventive actions to be taken to meet set objectives
and targets
2. KC Certification
• Purpose of this job is to obtain and mange KC certification in a cooperation with external partners (certificate agency partner)
for product sales
• Acquire KC certificate and KC wireless authentication (Radio Frequency Certification, EMC Testing), proceed KC safety certification
(Battery, Adaptors), add and manage derivative models
• Provide consulting or guideline to KC third-party (certificate agency partner) which certain products need KC certification among the imported products from our Group and which part requires KC certifications
• Work with Marketing team for product listing that requires KC certifications, discuss
with the Group regarding new products and any unregistered products of KC certifications, and prepare demo device for a testing
purpose and to provide manual on the products to the third party
3. General Management System
• Is responsible for ensuring the completeness and validity of all the Quality Procedures, instructions, and specifications
• Establish corrective actions to deal with situations where the system is found to be inadequate
• Report on the performance of the Quality Management System including needs for performance improvement
in Management Review Meetings
• Liaise with external parties on matters relating to the Quality Management System
4. Environmental, Health & Safety Management System
• Coordinate the activities required to meet our commitment to conduct and continually improve our operations in the manner,
which preserve the environment for all interested parties and to provide a safe and healthy working environment to all our employees
as far as practicable
• The SHEQ shall also assume the role and responsibility of the Safety and Health Officer as described in the OSH Act
• Advises on the measures to be taken in the interest of occupational health and safety and impact and aspect on the environment
• Organize and conduct workplace inspections to determine whether any machinery, equipment, substance, appliance or process liable
to cause bodily injuries to any person or has an impact on the environment
• Investigates any accident, near misses/risk observation, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning, or occupational diseases.
