ㆍEstablish marketing strategy(Included new business development) and support to drive sales growth
ㆍFind out new opportunity from the market and continue to deliver marketing and business development strategy with Angel Robotics commercial forces
ㆍShow good leadership in the market with Angel Robotics business
ㆍAchieve sales target and gain market share, set up marketing plan for product promotion strategy to drive product growth and market expansion
ㆍManage product mix, prepare new product launch timely cooperation with internal and external stakeholders such as regulatory etc.
ㆍHave good knowledge about product benefit and well understanding on market
ㆍContinue to drive scientific and evidence-based sales, manage key opinion leaders in nationwide and have good relationship with them and collect more market intelligence
ㆍShow good practice and increase level of product knowledge of sales reps and distributors, give them periodical product training and market update
ㆍAchieve EBIT target, sharp on expense spending and planning which are related marketing activities
ㆍEnsure Angel Robotics quality standards are maintained with respect to its procedures, policies, operations and customer contact
ㆍClose communication with sales forces and customers when we have change or update on product related information or market information. If it is needed public communication, manage proper action to be taken
ㆍProven knowledge and experience about the process of RA(Regulatory affairs), QA(Quality assurance)
ㆍAttend relevant conferences, seminars and workshops to demonstrate Angel Robotics products or solutions and organize product relevant workshop and seminars to show Angel Robotics leadership
ㆍTo develop leadership in product group as well as sales team with continuously striving for personal development
ㆍManages the core activities in marketing excellence across the spectrum


[Experience and knowledge (Must Have: Minimum Requirements)]
ㆍPreferred minimum of 15 years of experience as marketing or sales (Marketing experiencepreferred)
ㆍBusiness Administration or computer science or engineering related major is preferred
ㆍGood presentation and English communication skill required (Must have)
ㆍMS Office skill is also required
