■ Job Title : Quality Control

■ Responsibility
• Establish product and raw material inspection plan based on required specifications. Make sure necessary test methods are available, keep tool/testing equipment in good condition.
• Record test results and perform statistical analysis on QC data looking for improvement opportunities. Create CoA to send to requested customers.
• Engage operational excellence to be continuous improvements in quality related areas.
• Test raw material, articles under process and finished goods according to the relevant requirements of QC, release inspection result and decision.
• Report any particular problem/deviation in time, guarantee the quality of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products meet company quality standards.
• Configuration testing reagents, prepare test related laboratory work, and keep the lab clean and tidy condition.
• Manage SDS & GHS labels to ensure regulations/compliance.
• Support on customer complaints management by involving/leading RCA, CAPA…
• Regulatory works in accordance with K-REACH and CCA (Chemical Control Act.).
• Support Sales/Logistics on sample preparations.
• Prepare work related monthly reports and follow-up IPS meeting.

■ Qualification
• 학력 : 학사 졸업 이상
• 전공 : 화학, 신소재, 화공 등 관련 전공
• 경력년수 : 신입~8년 (사원,대리급)
• QC experiences in chemical company.
• Good problem solving skills.
• User level knowledge of computers, software & ERP systems.
• English communication skill.
• Collaboration & Teamwork.
• 인근 거주자 우대
