[제조/재무회계/인사] Finance & HR Manager

A multinational automation solutions provider is searching for a Finance & HR Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for daily accounting operations and HR delivery and implementation across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting, invoicing, cash management, and internal financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with operating standards, company rules & regulations, and statutory requirements
• Manage overall accounting and financial reporting to ensure compliance with requirements or regulations
• Define key financial processes and set up relevant SOPs for better internal control and risk management
• Prepare monthly staff payroll including payment and all statutory submission
• Cooperate with business managers, and country management to resolve employee relations issues
• Work with all key stakeholders including the manager, employee as well as build and maintain partnerships to foster trust and accountability
• Manage company events, activities, and other corporate affairs matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, business administration or related
• More than 5 years of experience in finance management
• More than 3 years of experience in human resources management (country finance or accounting certificate)
• Background in SAP R3
• Knowledge of finance management, human resource management, and best practices
• Proficient in MS Office; especially in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
• Strong negotiation skills
