Quality managers(SCQM, SQM) for domestic parts manufacturers of french aviation OEM 1명
▣ Job description:As part of the establishment of the Procurement Operations team, a role of Supply Chain & Quality Manager for suppliers Airbus programs. You will be attached to the Supplier Development & Transformation Projects (ZPOL) team.
▣ Tasks and responsibilities:For your supplier portfolio, your role will cover the following aspects:• Evaluate suppliers during the tender phase and contribute to the selection decision• Manage/contribute to Supply Chain and Quality aspects of the contract• Manage supplier quality approval to ensure compliance with required certifications in coordination with relevant stakeholders• Be responsible for performance in terms of time and quality (and cost, if applicable)• Report on the operational performance of suppliers• If necessary, initiate and monitor recovery plans with suppliers• Initiate and manage supplier performance improvement projects• Identify the industrial risks of suppliers and propose mitigation actions• Assess the capacity, capability and performance of suppliers and contribute to their development• Monitor or support the introduction of new products, transfers of work (ToW) and changes, in order to ensure the maturity of the industrial qualification before the serial phaseBusiness trips are to be expected several times a month, therefore, you must be willing to travel accordingly.
▣ Required profile:We are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills:• Engineer or graduate of higher education master's degree• At least 5 years of experience in the Airline-related industry and/or supplier performance management.• Soft skills:  - Strong communication and interpersonal skills;  - Leadership: ability to influence, assert onesefl, challenge the status quo at all hierarchical levels of a supplier's      management.  - Autonomy, sense of organization and capacity for synthesis.  - Customer orientation.

▣ Languages:Fluent English 
해외업체와 소통이 많기때문에 영어 사용 필수입니다. 
영어 사용 불가한 인원은 지원불가.

▣ Qualifications
경력 : 경력 5년 이상
기타 필수 사항 : 항공 관련 품질관리 및 공급업체 관리 경력 필수.

▣ Salary
면접 진행 후 경력에 따라 협의
