The Technical Architect/Engineer (Manager) is responsible for
managing the overall operations managed service activities
for Telco account
under the account Executive CBE.
What will your job look like?
·
The Manager
leads the managed services activity on site.
· He/she has teams that maintain Amdocs
customer and business centricity and should focus on an in-depth
understanding of the customer’s business requirements, processes, and technical
systems.
· He will be the main lead for steering
multiple operational transformation plans and aligning the operational outcomes
with customer business objectives.
· The Manager has overall
accountability for the successful managed service operations, attaining the
needed operational and business SLAs, leading continuous improvement as well as
overseeing the vendor management function that supports the ongoing operations.
· The Manager collaborate and follow
direction of the Customer Business Executive (CBE), who has overall
responsibility for Amdocs business with the customer.
· The CBE are linked by common goals,
targets, and performance measurements. In addition, the Manager works with the Service
Manager who leads overall services activities pertaining to the gamut of
services being provided to the customer by Amdocs.
· Job title and tasks may be adjusted
later according to candidate’s experience and career after discussion with CBE.
Required
Skills and Domain Knowledge:
•
Bachelor’s Degree Graduate
•
At least 10+ years’ IT/Telco experience in managing and leading
teams.
•
Highly technical in knowledge and hands-on professional experience
in AWS, Azure, GCP, Cloud expertise, and other new cloud technologies.
•
Experience in Telco BSS/OSS including Amdocs product portfolio (e.g.
CES 9.2).
•
Creative, Innovative, Flexible, and with strong technical hands-on
experience on an end-to-end Cloud Native platform.
•
Proven track record of managing customers and large
organizations/projects.
•
Proven planning and execution capabilities
•
In-depth business understanding of the customer’s environment and
the intended use of the system developed.
•
Ability to work within a matrix.
•
Ability to influence operational transformation plans and bring
industry best practices.
•
Proven track record to perform under pressure in a rapidly
changing and demanding operational environment.
•
Ability to represent Amdocs interests, plans, achievements etc.
with the customers.
•
Ability to bring critical analysis and design thinking into
day-to-day work environment.
•
Ability to work with a multi-culture team.
