Position
Summary
As an Enterprise Sales Director, your primary responsibility will be to
drive business growth by generating sales from new clients. You will be tasked
with achieving set sales targets, maintaining profitable growth within a
designated territory, and aligning your goals with the company's broader sales
and corporate objectives. Your focus will be on companies with revenues exceeding
$1 Billion within your assigned geographic territory.
What
You Will Do
·
Generate new
leads through various activities such as cold calling, attending trade shows,
conferences, and leveraging regional organizations.
·
Achieve revenue
targets and meet other sales performance requirements.
·
Qualify and
close leads sourced by the marketing team.
·
Maintain and
manage an active pipeline of opportunities to closure.
·
Develop a deep
understanding of prospects' business goals, competition, growth plans, and
challenges.
·
Position all
Lionbridge solutions & services with the aid of product specialists.
·
Communicate
strategic information such as market intelligence, customer data, competitive
analysis, and pricing information to internal teams.
·
Act as a
customer advocate, focusing on customer needs.
·
Serve as a
liaison between Lionbridge operations and clients.
·
Provide
strategic and tactical leadership internally and externally throughout the
sales process.
·
Accurately
report on sales forecasts and pipelines.
·
Support the preparation
of proposals and client quotations.
·
Accurately
capture and report all account and opportunity information within a sales force
automation (SFA) application.
·
Ensure all
reporting requirements are completed and submitted within the client-specified
timeframe.
·
Be open to
travel as per business requirements.
To Be
Successful You Will Have
·
At least 5-7
years proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably in localization
industry.
·
A strong track
record of achieving sales targets.
·
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
·
The ability to
build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
·
Knowledge of
sales force automation applications.
