[금융/영업] Key Account Manager

An international technology company is searching for a Key Account Manager. The chosen applicant will be managing and developing a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring excellent merchant relationships and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of active stores and deliver own sales targets
• Ensure delivery of account-specific contractual obligations
• Manage customer relationships to reach partnership level
• Improve merchants' knowledge and expertise with our services
• Perform, manage, and coordinate sell-out activities for assigned portfolio of merchants
• Use CRM accurately to plan, record, and report account-specific activity
• Transmit all relative market and business information to the organisation in an updated, qualified, and transparent way

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience in key account or sales management
• Experience working with partners and stakeholders in leading and coordinating technology projects
• Understanding of inbound travel business
• Background in retail, financial services, or hospitality industry is ideal
• Good network in the retail industry is preferred
• Business level Korean; fluent level English
