[모집분야] Talent Acquisition Specialist, HRBP (인사 채용담당 정규직)
[주요업무]
**Talent Acquisition/Staffing**
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates and effectively manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide effective coaching on recruitment and selection processes.
• Utilize innovative sourcing channels, including social media, resume mining, diversity resources, and networking.
• Assist in managing hiring process using Workday recruiting system
• Screen resumes and conduct interview to confirm basic qualifications, skill set, interest, job fit etc.
• Communicate with Hiring Managers and candidates to schedule and conduct interviews in a timely manner.
• Support a diverse workforce and comply with Global and local hiring guidelines and procedures particularly for Headcount approval. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in all recruitment activities.
• Plan and execute on/offline recruiting event (Job fair etc.) and employer branding activities.
• Conduct the New Hire Orientation & organize onboarding inductions.
• Analyze and organize HC and report it to global and local.
• Leading HC Planning with data accuracy and analysis capability.
**Business Partnering**
• Partner with Business leaders to deliver a HR service in line with the needs and priorities in order to meet business goal
• Support Business in talent assessment/development, workforce and succession planning
• Oversee the implementation and delivery of key HR initiatives for Business
[자격요건]
• Bachelor’s Degree holder or equivalent
• Over 6 years of Human Resources experience including TA/staffing
• Relevant working experience with multinational companies in a matrix environment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and facilitation/presentation skills preferred
• Able to maintain a strict code of confidentiality and discretion
• Flexibility and communication skills
• Growth mindset and learning agility.
• Good command of spoken and written English
