[의료기기/영업] Technical Sales Manager

A Technical Sales Manager position is now available at a global laboratory equipment manufacturer. The selected applicant will be in charge of driving sales growth by successfully managing the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Implement key account management in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry
• Convince customers utilising excellent product knowledge and application support
• Develop a strategic plan to deliver strong growth across all regions and products that delivers consistent profitable growth
• Manage both direct and indirect sales channels to develop and execute localised tactical plans to deliver growth
• Drive the channel partners to ensure direct and indirect sales opportunities are included in the pipeline
• Manage pricing and discounting to balance growth and achieve profitable growth
• Establish key account relationships within key markets including electronics, pharm, and chemical markets

Requirements:

• Bachelor‘s degree or above in a life or chemical science major
• More than 5 years of explain in sales and proven sales record in laboratory equipment
• Experience in a multinational company
• Experience implementing best sales practices and tools
• Strong network in life science and chemical industry key accounts
• Fluent level English
