Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our daily operations. This role is primarily remote, with flexible working hours, allowing you to manage your own time effectively. Occasional visits to local banks, government offices, or other administrative tasks in Incheon may be required.

Key Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Conduct research and provide insights on various topics as needed.
•⁠ ⁠Manage communications and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
•⁠ ⁠Assist in planning and organizing business activities and schedules.
•⁠ ⁠Provide support in document preparation and management.
•⁠ ⁠Assist with daily administrative tasks, including banking, accounting, and other operational duties.
•⁠ Assist the CEO in daily tasks
•⁠ ⁠Occasionally handle in-person tasks in Songdo/Seoul.

Qualifications:
•⁠ ⁠Fluency in both Korean and English (written and spoken) is essential.
•⁠ ⁠Strong organizational and time-management skills.
•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•⁠ ⁠Interest in startups, technology, and innovation.
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
