Accounting Team Lead (외국계 아웃도어 브랜드 재무 회계 팀장)

Company Overview:

A prominent Japanese distributor of an American outdoor brand, renowned for delivering high-quality products and services expands operations in South Korea, looking for an experienced Finance and Accounting Team Leader to manage and oversee the financial activities of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct closing of books on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Manage VAT filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Oversee inventory and cost management.
Handle accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of sales.
Issue tax invoices and manage sales settlements across various channels including our own online store, other online shopping malls, department stores, outlets, fashion malls, and franchises.
Perform accounting for transactions involving distributors like department stores and outlets.
Manage expense accounting and documentation.
Oversee cash inflow and outflow management.
Manage corporate credit cards.

Key Qualifications:

Proficient in using Duzon accounting software.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial accounting and management.
Capable of managing own accounting records.
Experience in dealing with external audits.
Skilled in handling accounting for multiple sales channels including own e-commerce platforms, online shopping malls, distributors, and franchises.
Experience with Duzon I-CUBE (preferred).
Experience with Biz Fashion software (preferred).
Previous employment in foreign-owned enterprises (preferred).
Experience in the sports or outdoor brand sector (preferred).
