[직무내용 ]

1. ㆍStrategic Planning & review 

• ㆍDevelop and implement the long-term and yearly MarComm strategies across all functions
• ㆍReview monthly and annual MarComm plan 
• ㆍAnalyze the implementations of all MarComm strategies and campaign KPIs 
• ㆍMarket intelligence

   ㆍBudget Management
2. ㆍBuild A&P budget (media, PR, event, client treatment etc.)  
3. ㆍTrack and manage monthly, quarterly, yearly A&P spending and expenses 
4. ㆍResponsible for external vendors and agency procurement

   ㆍDigital & Media
2. ㆍAnnual media planning and strategy development 
3. ㆍSupervise media execution and KPI achievement 
4. ㆍCo-work with a designated media agency

   ㆍPublic Relations 
2. ㆍSecure a close relationship with key media, KOL, local artist community 
3. ㆍPlan strategic PR initiatives  

[ 자격조건 ]

• ㆍMin. 15 years of professional marketing & communication experience in high-end retail industry with at least 3 years in leadership position (luxury jewelry and watch, fashion will be plus) 
• ㆍStrong communication skills both in Korean and English 
• ㆍSolid local network with strong knowledge of luxury market in Korea
• ㆍHands-on management skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders
