IT Business System Analyst (과-차장급) - 외국계의료기기회사

[ 담당업무 ] 

• · Work with stakeholders to define business systems requirements for enhancements, new technology implementations and lead cross functional     meetings as part of requirements gathering, driving projects, or providing status updates on various projects. Also set user expectations in terms of   delivery dates & scope.
• · Analyze business scenarios and design solutions by collaborating with other IT team members in Japan, Taiwan, India, Europe, US, local service   provides to design and implement solutions that meet the emerging needs of South Korea (Primary),   Japan, Taiwan, India business.  

• 
  · Facilitate change management and transition to future state working with various stakeholders.
• · Organize and Deliver IT Business Application Support for existing issues and newly delivered enhancements/projects in Salesforce, SAP   SD/MM/PP/QM /FICO and related supply chain applications like X-Trade etc.
• · Write Blueprint documents, functional specification documents, Test scripts and other documents required for development and other efforts. Train   users on new modified system configuration as it affects business processes.
• · Assist the local service provides, offshore develop team for the system unit tests, system integration tests; assist the users for the user acceptance   tests (UAT) if necessary.

[ 자격조건 ] 

• - 7 + Years of Experience supporting SAP SD/MM/PP/QM/FICO
• - Knowledge and general understanding of Customer service support operations, Order to cash, Finance & Controlling, Manufacturing, Product safety & Regulatory Affairs business process.
• - General understanding in document control for medical device company and able to communicate with local government bodies like MFDS, KMDIA & local IT service providers.
• - Experience in Fit& Gap analysis, Blueprinting, writing Functional Specification, Test scenarios & Test cases. 
• - Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes
• - Familiarity with SAP ABAP
