담당업무 :

l  Provide strategic legal advice by combining legal knowledge with business understanding on a wide range of legal issues
l  Structure, draft, review and negotiate various contracts and legal documents for R&D, commercial, strategic alliances, manufacturing and corporate development transactions
l  Identify potential legal risks that the company may be exposed to and develop policies and practices to prevent and/or to manage identified risks
l  Liaise with, and provide training to, other departments within the company to ensure the integration and implementation of aforementioned policies and practices
l  Coordinate and support litigation, government

 

자격요건 :

l  JD/LLB degree from an accredited law school
l  More than 2 years of experience post qualification
l  High proficiency in English and in Korean
