• 대규모 계정 네트워크 문제 해결의 구심점 역할을 하며, 시스코의 주요 고객에 대한 기술적 리더십 제공.
• 광범위하고 복잡한 문제를 디버깅하기 위한 Cisco TAC Lab의 현재 및 미래 요구 사항을 효과적으로 관리.
• CCO(백서), Content Development Write Techzone은 Cisco 엔지니어링 커뮤니티에 기여하여 고객의 지원 경험을 단순화.

• Engineering Partnership Drive improvement in product Serviceability, New Product/Feature Incubation, Field Quality/Top Issues etc. • Technical Consulting Engineers를 위한 인재양성 교육프로그램/멘토링을 제공.
• Independently solves problems in broad, complex, and unique networks with mixed environments. Supports engineers from multiple teams as well as the field and aids them in problem resolution.
• Acts as a focal point for large account network problem resolution and provides technical leadership for Critical Accounts where Cisco is at risk.
• Effectively manage the current and future requirement for Cisco TAC lab to debug broad and complex problems
• Content Development Write Tech zone, CCO (White Papers), contribute to Cisco engineering community to simplify the support experience for customers.
• Engineering Partnership Drive improvement in product Serviceability, New Product/Feature Incubation, Field Quality/Top Issues etc. • Talent Development Conduct Training Programs/Mentoring for Technical Consulting Engineers

지원자격
• 말레이시아 (쿠알라룸푸르) 에서 근무 가능한 자

• Service provider Network infrastructure에서 10년간 경험
• CCIE 또는 이와 동등한 자격증 보유 필수 스킬
• IOS-XR Router, IOS-XE architecture, Cable, SP Mobility, optical에 대한 실제 경험 보유.
• Service provider network 에서 사용하는 제품 및 기술에 대한 경험과 심층 지식(예: ISIS, BGP, OSPF, QoS, Multicast, MPLS VPN, MPVN, EVPN, Traffic engineering, Segment routing, BNG.).
• 매우 복잡한 네트워크 문제를 해결한 실제 경험.
• network down situations 처리에 대한 실무 지식—이 역할은 Technical Consulting engineer 가 이러한 문제를 해결할 수 있도록 지원.
• 팀 플레이어. 최종 결과를 달성하기 위해 협력 작업할 수 있는 능력.
• 기술 문서 작성, 지식 관리 및 기술 교육 경험 보유.
• TCP/IP(IPv4 및 IPv6) 및 IP MPLS 에 대한 깊은 이해.
• testing/Lab recreates 에 대한 경험. 고객 문제를 파악하고 해결하기 위해 고객 문제를 recreate하는 능력.
• 유창한 영어 능력(쓰기, 말하기) 능력 필수.
• 과거 고객 응대 경험이 있다면, 플러스 요인.
• 10 years of technical experience in Service provider Network infrastructure.
• CCIE or equivalent certification. Mandatory Skills
• Hands on experience on IOS-XR Router, IOS-XE architecture, Cable, SP Mobility, and optical.
• Experience and in-depth knowledge of Product and Technologies used by Service provider network. E.g., ISIS, BGP, OSPF, QoS, Multicast, MPLS VPN, MPVN, EVPN, Traffic engineering, Segment routing, BNG.
• Hands on experience in resolving complex to highly complex network issues.
• Working knowledge of handling network down situations—this role will be supporting Technical Consulting engineer resolve such issues.
• Team player. Ability to work in collaborative way to achieve end results.
• Previous experience in writing technical documents, knowledge management and technical training.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP (IPv4 and IPv6) and IP MPLS knowledge.
• Previous experience in testing/Lab recreates. Ability to identify requirement to recreate customer problem to isolate and resolve the customer issue.
• Fluency in English. Excellent written and verbal skills is Mandatory.
• Experience in customer facing role will be added advantage.
