• Expressway-Core, Expressway-Edge, CUCM 및 DNS 서버에서의 모바일 및 원격 액세스 구성 및 문제 해결.
• Cisco Telepresence Immersive 및 Non-Immersive 장치의 구성 및 문제 해결을 통해 Telepresence Calls 기능 사용.
• 팀 관리 및 신기술 팀에 관련교육 제공.
• CAP 및 RRR 고객 계정에 대한 에스컬레이션 처리.
• 결함 및 연구 관련 문제에 대해 파트너와 BU 간 중재자 역할을 수행.

• Troubleshooting and configuration on CUCM, IMP, Unity Connection, UCCX and Gateways.
• Configuration and solving issues related to CUCM, TMS, TPS, Conductor, CMS and Telepresence endpoints to enable voice and video calling.
• Configuration and Troubleshooting of Mobile and Remote Access on Expressway-Core, Expressway-Edge, CUCM and DNS Servers.
• Configuration and Troubleshooting for Cisco Telepresence Immersive and Non-Immersive devices to enable telepresence call capability.
• Handling team and pertaining training to the team with new skills.
• Handling escalations for CAP and RRR customer accounts.
• Working as mediator between partners and BU for defect and research related issues.
• Working on Techzone for creating technical documents which can be taken as reference at the time of troubleshooting.
