Job Description
Sales Strategy Development and Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet regional sales targets.
Execute the sales strategy that is aligned with headquarters
Sales Agency Management

Manage sales agencies within the area, providing clear objectives, set rules of engagement to optimize sales efficiency and come up with regional key initiatives to boost sales
Identify opportunities for market expansion and growth within the region. Develop plans to tap into new markets and customer segments.
Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with Customers, sales agencies and the service network
Understand the customers’ needs and concerns, and work to address them effectively.
Escalate key topics into the headquarters that cannot be solved within the region to ensure customer satisfaction
Sales Forecasting and Data Analysis:

Monitor sales performance collect sales data within the region, analyze data, and provide forecasts and reports to Head of sales management.
Use this data to make informed decisions and adapt strategies as needed.
Reporting, Communication and Compliance

Regularly report to head of management and headquarters, sharing information on sales activities and performance within the region.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of vehicle sales experience
- Proven experience in the Automotive industry, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree on Engineering / Mechanical or Industrial, Business, or related field
- Fluent English skills preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to travel within the designated region.
