Overall Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager to oversee and manage coordination and inspection activities within our industry division.

Qualifications:

• -Background: Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Equivalent or Degree in Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
• -Experience: At least 5 years or more work experience in offshore/onshore related working experience or experience in Oil & Gas CAPEX or OPEX projects.
• -Strong English skills are essential.

• -Improvement: Improve operational systems, processes, and policies to support the organization’s goals.
• and Efficiency: Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of support services through better coordination and communication.
• -Planning: Contribute to long-term planning focused on achieving operational excellence.
• -Management: Analyze results, set forecasts and budgets, and monitor the billing of inspection jobs.
• -Resource Management: Manage staff allocation and develop training program budgets.
• -Management: Handle offers and review contracts.
• -Operations: Manage and develop the team to align with company strategy and improve service delivery.
• -Development: Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, develop team skills, and provide technical support.
• -Relations: Support the Marketing & Sales team and build relationships with clients and authorities.
