[모집분야] [PENTAX] 외국계회사 Service Administrator

[주요업무]

1. Implement for business related to the PMK’s revenue and operations
2. Create quotation and manage repair cases by hospital. Need to increase efficiency and data utilization to support better service operations..
3. Managing PO pending cases, incoming & outcoming repair cases analysis by month
4. Service SFDC management including IB data management.
5. Cost-related task used by the service team and data collection tasks.
6. Manager support for making data for analyze regarding revenue and operation side.
7. Manage the handling of customer complaints, customer returns and service quality analysis
8. General documentation tasks.
9. Collaboration with other teams in Pentax Medical Korea and Global team to support their requests
10. Other administrative and related affairs

[자격요건]
- Accounting, Administration in healthcare industry would be preferred
- Around 3 or more years working experience in medical device industry
- Good Communication skills and problem solving skills

[우대사항]
- Excellent with MS office, Excellent excel skill is preferred
- Healthcare Business 업무 경력이 있으신 분, 내시경 장비, 의료 장비 관련 업계 업무 경험자, 무 경험자도 가능.
- Upper Intermediate English skills
