주요업무
ㆍ Setting up a manufacturing strategy for entire product life cycle of new platform of dry pump.​
ㆍ Deliver leading edge manufacturing technologies into new platform dry pump to have better product quality, less
     cycle time and lower manufacturing cost in defined project schedule
     - Developing and implementing assembly manufacturing strategies to achieve the mission. ​
     - Coordinating the manufacturing engineer resources to deliver the project deliverables on-time as per PCP.​
     - Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
        for the new platform design.
     - Ensure assembly manufacturing engineer’s resource availability and allocation.
     - Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
     - Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
     - Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
     - Report and escalate to management on key issues or risks as needed.
     - Manage the synchronization and interaction with the other workstreams and all stakeholders for securing
        project progress and in a superior quality manner.
     - Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
     - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
     - Tract and report manufacturing costs (this will need three regional totals as part of local for local goals)

요구역량
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in compressor or vacuum pump development in manufacturing technologies and techniques.
- Good knowledge and skill in state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies and smart manufacturing.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Evidence of an analytical approach using qualitative and quantitative tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with Semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Familiarity with engineering organization practices, disciplines, systems, and software tools and advantages.
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion) & planning skills.
