Job Description(직무 영역)

- 기계 설치/정비 공사에 대한 공무/공사 관리 업무의 수행
- 기계 설치/정비 공사 수행 전 준비, 수행 후 완료 과정의 전반적인 관리 업무의 수행
- 기계 설치/정비 공사 진행 상황을 분석하고 필요한 경우 범위, 일정 및 비용 등을 조정하여 공사 요구 사항을 준수
- 기계 설치/정비 공사에 있어 고객 및 파트너, 동료, 본사와 좋은 관계 및 팀워크를 형성의 조율

Requirement(필수사항)

- 대졸(4년제)이상
- 토익 700점 또는 상응하는 공인 어학 점수
- MS오피스 사용 가능자
- 팀워크를 위한 마인드 보유자

Preference(우대사항)

- 안전관련 산업기사, 기사 자격증 보유자
- 기계설치 공사의 공무 업무 경력

Position: Project Manager

The Project Manager is a driving force behind the satisfaction of customers with the successful completion of
our services and projects. The position shall lead complex projects from requirements definitions through deployment, scheduling, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, risk mitigation
including coordination among related parties.

Responsibilities:

# Responsible for the management of project execution externally with customers and partners and internally
   with other colleagues and Head Office.
# Accountable for ensuring that all contractual requirements of the customer are met while simultaneously
   delivering or improving upon the as-sold project financials (revenue, margin, cash collection timing).
# To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined
budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
# Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team
   adheres to project requirements
# Establish and maintain close relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day
   contact on project status and changes including regular visits
# Maintain and improve internal process continuously to manage scope over the project lifecycle, set project
quality and performance standards high, and assess and manage risk within, and across, multiple projects
# Develop and maintain partnerships with external parties—including sub-vendors
# Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs
# Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating
   issues as necessary based on project work plans
# Bid support during acquisition phase for complex projects.
# Document works for project execution, such as a safety plan for site works and others.

Qualifications:

# Bachelors Degree in Engineering
# Minimum 2 years directly relevant experience in project management(preferred) or order processing.
# Good knowledge about EPC business or Large scale service business
# Good technical knowledge on industrial equipment like compressors, pumps, heat exchanger and others.
# Good written and verbal communication skills both in English and Korean
# Good presentation skills
# Good time management skill
# Flexibility for mid & long term travels
# Professional certification—including PMP/PRINCE II, preferred
# Advanced analytical thinking, independent, punctual, resolute, hands-on mentality, can handle stress and
   difficult situations in a calm manner.
# Self-management of works and schedules against tasks and targets
