Key Responsibilities

·        Use hazard identification tools and systems to ensure safe work practices are used and work areas and customer sites are hazard free. 

·        Resolve within a reasonable time any equipment faults and ensure quality of output.

·        Involvement in continual improvement activities.

·        Ensure compliance of all health & safety legislation.

·        Ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted on time and correct.

·        Carry out on-site preventative maintenance, service actions and other routine tasks according to customer requests and contract obligations.

·        Escalate issues in a timely manner.

·        Ensure high standard of service, skill, ability with current products.

·        Ensure Operations are informed of any improvements.

·        Develop and maintain effective on-going relationships with customer.

·        Report on designed/installed equipment, which is not performing to the design specifications.

·        Manage allocated assets including spare parts, computers and tools.

·        Recognise and report sales opportunities for Customer Service and all other divisions of the company.

·        Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

·        Ensure customer satisfaction on all assignments undertaken.

Key Requirements

·        Degree major in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics etc.)

·        Communication in English (better if fluent but basic level of English is required to read English manuals and communicate with foreign colleagues)

·        Background or experience in mechanical or electrical or mechatronics or factory automation or PLC.

·        Understanding of OH&S requirements.

·        Ability to interact and liaise with all team members.

·        Customer focus and relationship skills.

·        Ability to operate alone or as part of a team.

·        Ability to anaylse.

·        Ability to work without supervision.
