모집부문 및 상세내용

BRAND STRATEGY

-       Define clear, concise and creative strategies as part of the branding planning process that dives awareness, profitability and market share in line with the company.

-       Work with external agencies to plan efficient marketing event.

-       Monitor KPIs of marketing programs and evaluate effectiveness.

-       Ensure the plans comply with the company regulations and standards.

SALES ANALYSIS & PLANNING & OPERATIONS

-       Prepare all the necessary reports to support a flexible and efficient buying.

-       Follow up sales on daily/weekly/monthly basis, liaise with the boutique and propose action plans if necessary: prepare monthly reports with comments on performances and identify growth opportunities.

-       Plan / execute action plans in order to maximize sales target.

-       Analyze competitors offer, sales, prices.

-       Manage and track A&P budget, ensuring spend is prioritized against brand priorities and growth opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

-       Bachelor's degree

-       6+ years’ experience in sales/marketing/buying

-       Detail orientated and appreciation for luxury

-       Highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic

-       Strong Interpersonal skills

-       Organized and structured, capable of dealing with several tasks simultaneously, collaborating with multiple
   internal and external members.

-       Strong command of written & spoken English
