[리테일/인사] People Relations Manager

An international clothing brand is searching for a People Relations Manager. The chosen applicant will be in charge of managing the People Relations team and providing support, guidance, and leadership to Local Specialists.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and analyse data and metrics to ensure the impact of the People Relations strategy
• Represent the company in negotiations with local work councils and unions
• Interpret and draft various employment agreements and templates
• Manage individual cases, internal investigations, incidents, and disciplinary actions locally
• Strengthen Market capabilities and competencies needed within People Relations areas
• Collaborate with Group CoE People Relations to implement and adopt policies, guidelines, and frameworks locally

Requirements:

• Formal education or equivalent in human resources, labour laws, and occupational health & safety
• Professional experience in people relation
• Experience in policy development
• Experience in the areas of human rights
• Prior leadership experience
• Background in HR team management or part of the senior management team
