Factory Buyer
(구매담당자)		 5년 이상 인천 본사 [업무]
a) Responsibility
ㆍExcutes and Manages the sourcing strategy and tactical plans for
   an assigned category
ㆍPartners with Suppliers and Operations to identify processes, metrics and
   tools to optimize procurement activities and work collaboratively
   with team members to prioritize and drive implementation for the business
ㆍPurchase the equipment, parts, materials to support production and
   project schedule
ㆍManaging annual spend analysis refresh, including developing
   recommendations for category and savings opportunities
ㆍMonitors supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and
   delivery requirements
ㆍExperditing suppliers to meet project schedule
ㆍOther duties as assigned

[자격 요건]
ㆍA Bachelor's degree is required, major in mechanical, chemical,
   electrical engineering or business administration
ㆍA minimum of 6 years’ experience on the industrial manufacturing or
   EPC, preferred to be familiar with water treatment, vessel, mechanical
   equipment (pump, valve, instument), plate and piping materials.
ㆍExperienced in overseas plants (6+ years in water treatment)
ㆍStrong project management skills are required
ㆍPrior experience in managing suppliers, negotiating contracts and
    working on supplier agreements is preferred
ㆍPrior knowledge of Advanced planning systems such as ERP, MRP,
    and Epicor is preferred
ㆍMS Office Suite proficiency, specifically with MS Excel and
   PowerPoint is required
ㆍExperience with Six Sigma/Process Excellence tools, training and/
   or certification is preferred
ㆍEnglish level: Oral and written is fluent

[우대 요건]
ㆍExperienced in overseas plants (7+ years in water treatment)
ㆍC.P.S.M. (Certified Professional in Supply Management) designation
   is a plus
