Purpose:
Responsible
for the De’Longhi
Group Brand (De’Longhi, Braun,
Kenwood, Nutribullet) strategic
and efficient merchandising and in-store communication
Main Responsibilities:
1. Execute of own
retail stores merchandising
· Plan and organize merchandizing under the
universe of brand guideline
· Develop merchandizing
strategy to maximize our groups’ competitive advantage with local
relevancy
· Audit shelf display and
merchandising as regular basis,
resolve issues
- 2. Develop strategic and effective product display, POSM
·
Develop proper shelf
placement, display and POSM to highlight the product as hero with unique
selling point to boost brand presence and sales
·
Work for proper
stocking, fronting, facing and rotating of the products
3. Design
and execute retail promotions
· Design and execute special
promotions to deliver brand story
· Work with brand communication manager, demo supervisor, sales team and customers to
implement promotions with priority
4. Benchmark
the competition
·
Visit and audit
competitor merchandizing and promotions
·
Report and work with
related teams to secure our compatibility maintained based on the audit result
of competitors’
5.
Work with sales team to ensure merchandising executed

Work with sales team
to generate idea and have best merchandising in the stores
·
Work with regional sales
managers and customers to execute and maintain merchandising promotion in best
way
·
Assist sales team to
plan effective promotion idea while working with customers

Manage agency performance
· Manage agency
performance for merchandising and promotion to meet goal
· Evaluate and provide
feedback to improve performance
