[해외사업부] Global Business Unit Sales/Partner Account Manager  (경력)

Description

As a member of our team as a sales account manager, you will be responsible for support a high-performance sales culture that delivers results in sales development and developing our global partners to accomplish individual and organizational goals. It will be required that you track sales activity, provide sales projects, and create and analyze metrics.

More than that, candidates are motivated by empowering our clients to meet their cybersecurity needs and our sales account managers are driven with an encompassing passion for solutions selling.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic sales plan to expand our global market presence, with a focus on identifying and engaging potential partners and customers

- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product development and other teams to ensure alignment and execution of global business objectives.

- Support sales team and partners to achieve the sales pipeline

- Responsible for PO Management and Sales activities including price negotiation

- Communicate customer issues with partners and handle product follow ups

- Propose and execute policies and programs to achieve maximum sales volume potential for products and or services

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree or above in technical, business administration, business development, or related major in IT field preferred

- Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and experience in selling PAM/IAM or related security solutions is highly desirable

- Minimum of 3 to 9 years in sales/account management experience in multinational corporation in the IT industry 

- Skilled in leading projects in multi-functional teams

- Strong communication skills

- Ability and willingness to travel

- Fluency in English is required (Business level)

- Able to build and develop managerial relationships across multiple business units

- Excellent time management skills, and work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction

- Experience with channel and partner sales models

- Consistently achieved sales goals through your leadership and personal goals

- Able to learn new technology quickly, as well as adapt to changing needs

- Built strong cross-functional relationships across clients, partners, and internal teams

- Strong ability to understand and communicate the business value of proposed solutions and transformation

- Ability to build and align on strategic visions with internal stakeholders, clients and partners

- 25% quarterly travel within region

Description

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with expertise in the IAM / PAM solutions industry. If you have a passion for cybersecurity solutions and a proven track record in business development management, this is an excellent opportunity for you to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Use specialty expertise to seek out new opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build the pipeline in and drive pursuit.

- Monitoring Revenue Stream: Keep track of the revenue stream and collaborate with the 4P plans to push partners along with the Go-to-Market (GTM) team and the GBU.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal teams (such as product development, sales, and marketing) to ensure partnerships are effectively utilized across the organization.

- Expand the learnings to other markets. Work with similar markets across the globe to promote the best practices and help them implement like for like programs.

- Provide support to Account managers and provide input regarding business development and solution expertise.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives in the key commodity markets.

- Identify and engage with potential clients who require key commodity solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.

- Identify new customers within the healthcare industry through a variety of channels including but not limited to face-to-face meetings, forums, conferences, etc.

- Identify relevant business partners who can create the best synergy with NETAND and manage partnership for best results

- Implement market development strategies and tactics and make changes as needed

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or above from a leading university in Business Administration or related field is preferred

- 3 - 5 years of business development experiences in cybersecurity industry — PAM / IAM solution experience preferred

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and close deals

- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets

- Proficiency in Korean and English

- Proven experience in business development, partnership management, management consulting, or a similar role, preferably in the technology sector.

- Strong negotiation and deal-making abilities.

- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.

- Keep understanding of the IAM / PAM market in APAC country, including regulatory challenges and commercialization processes for both local and international companies

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering relationships with key stakeholders and negotiating high-value contracts

- Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple projects and engagements
