[경력] TransPak Accounting Supervisor

ㆍThe Accounting Supervisor is responsible for organizing, coordinating and supervising the day-to-day 

   accounting and bookkeeping operations.

ㆍManage the accounts payable and the accounts receivable.

ㆍManage bank statement postings and reconciliation of the bank accounts and petty cash.

ㆍPosting of all Fixed Asset related entries, including depreciation, revaluations, write-offs and provisions

ㆍReconciliation of all Balance Sheet accounts

ㆍEnsure timely and accurate P&L reporting, adhering to Group reporting deadlines

ㆍConduct a thorough review of all monthly reports prior to the submission to APAC/HR or authorities, 

   making corrections as needed

ㆍEffectively control the cash flow for the business.

ㆍReview all employee expense claims, check they align with company policies and prepare for reimbursement.

ㆍAssisting Year End Audit process

ㆍEnsure compliance with all relevant local legislation and work with local advisors to calculate and 

   lodge various compliance requirements

ㆍEnsure that the company is compliant with all taxation requirements including corporate income tax, 

   VAT filing and withholding tax
