[IT/영업] Technical Account Manager

An international software company is looking for a Technical Account Manager. The chosen candidate will be in charge of building and executing a go-to-market strategy for the South Korean market.

Responsibilities:

• Build a strong relationship with key partners
• Provide knowledge, training, and support to enable partners to accelerate the go-to-market process
• Collect customer feedback and collaborate with product/engineering teams to develop solutions
• Communicate directly with customers and prospects to understand their needs and provide the next course of action
• Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities in the software testing market in Korea

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in partnership development, pre-sales, or related technical sales roles filed in the South Korean B2B software industry
• Experience in partner sales and partner enablement in the Korean market for IT services (SaaS service is preferred)
• Excellent technical understanding to support customer’s software development organisations
• Experience in selling a software developer tool is a plus
• Experience in enterprise sales of IT services in Korea is desirable
• Native level Korean; business level English; Japanese is advantageous
