[모집분야] [충북/외국계] Cost accountant 및 FP&A 각 1명 채용

[주요업무]

COST ACCOUNTANT - 1명

- Participate closing activities including Journal entries, reconciliations, reporting and analysis for cost and inventory.
- Lead and ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of period-end closing activities including inventory movement, physical count, inventory valuation & provision.
- Review and perform periodical manufacturing cost analysis and as needed cost reorganizations due to sourcing or reformulation.
- COGS variances analysis by items
- Inventory revaluation reporting and analytics based on the feedback of factory co-worker.
- Support the financial audit processes through the preparation of standard reports as well as other custom reports as requested.
- Support and review pricing process with cost analysis through close communication with Production, Purchase and Sales
Participate in various projects and ad-hoc analysis.

FP&A - 1명

- Identify and review production parameters required to calculate product cost
- Calculate standard cost and provide variance analysis periodically
- Support the financial forecast and analysis processes through the preparation of standard and reality cost as well as other custom reports as requested
- Support the ERP advancement through embodying manufacturing process in system
- Support and review pricing process with cost analysis through close communication with Production, Purchase and Sales
- Participate in various projects and ad-hoc analysis
- Support periodical cost projection and analysis to make decision
- Support ERP advancement to calculate product cost properly
- Manage with Production team the production parameter to calculate product cost properly


[자격요건]
- 회계학, 경영학 등 관련 전공 학사 학위가 필요합니다.
- 6-10년 이상의 관련 경력이 요구됩니다.
- MS Office 프로그램에 능숙해야 합니다.
- 영어로 의사소통이 가능해야 합니다.

- 제조 업종 경력이 있으면 우대합니다.
- CPA 또는 관련 자격증 소지자를 우대합니다.
- 팀워크와 커뮤니케이션 능력이 우수한 자를 우대합니다.
- 문제 해결 능력이 뛰어난 자를 선호합니다.
- 다양한 문화와 환경에서 근무한 경험이 있는 자를 우대합니다.
