[IT/마케팅] Product Marketing Manager

A renowned healthcare technology firm is searching for a Product Marketing Manager. The selected candidate will be in charge of creating, reviewing, or approving marketing content ensuring alignment with product strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, research, engineering, sales, and communications
• Drive go-to-market efforts globally to support product launches and scaled adoption
• Conduct industry research including quantitative, qualitative, and competitive analysis
• Analyse product performance, synthesise customer feedback, and advocate improvements
• Manage comprehensive cross-functional activities including betas, positioning, policy, and product documentation
• Consistently meet or exceed team goals for activity, hiring, and pipeline creation
• Promote benefits to all partners via conference speaking engagements, webinars, videos and other scaled outreach
• Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• More than 7 years of experience in marketing (growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social)
• More than 2 years of experience with people management
• Prior leadership experience in B2C or B2B marketing
• Experience with technology solutions across mobile apps (SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS markets)
• Pharmacy industry knowledge in the U.S., Canada, or Korea is advantageous
• Business level Korean and English
