[반도체/엔지니어] Mechanical Design Engineer

An international semiconductor equipment company is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer. The selected applicant will be developing conceptual designs and creating detailed designs.

Responsibilities:

• Execute semiconductor equipment design and development projects from concept to completion
• Develop conceptual designs including layout, structural planning, module placement, and component selection
• Create detailed designs using 2D and 3D CAD software for structures, modules, and components
• Generate Bills of Materials and produce part drawings according to design specifications
• Utilise Product Lifecycle Management or Product Data Management systems effectively to manage design data and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering or mechanical design engineering
• More than 4 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment design, or other relevant fields
• Professional experience in semiconductor equipment design and development; especially Furnace Annealing
• Proficient in 2D or 3D CAD design software (SolidWorks)
• High Experience with PLM or PDM systems
• Fluent in English (preferred), with strong communication skills both verbal and written
